We aim to continuously improve the quality of our services and developing the brand image of our company and are looking to strengthen our team with the following position.
Position Description:
HEMFA Academy announces its desire to cooperate with independents trainers who have the ability and competence to give training courses in the field of:
Financial Accounting,
Management Accounting,
Marketing Management,
Business Management.
Soft Skills (Communication skills, Leadership and Customer Services Skills),
TOT,
Entrepreneurship.
The appointment is expected to begin on 12/15/2018.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Designing effective training programs
• Organization of seminars, workshops, individual training courses and so on.
• Preparation of educational materials such as unit summaries, videos and so on.
• Support and mentoring new trainees
• Keep attendance and other records
• Conduct assessments / examinations at the end of each training course.
• Monitor the performance of trainees
Requirements:
University graduate – A Master Degree is preferred (any field)
5 to 7 years of professional experience as a coach/trainer
Understanding of the effective teaching methodologies and tools
The desire to keep pace with new technologies in education
Has a private business or has a flexible schedule in his current job
Older than 30 years
Lives in Tripoli or in the surroundings but must be freely moves around
Has his own transportation vehicle
Able to work inside Tripoli and other Libyan cities
Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel, PowerPoint); E-learning programs
Excellent English (writing, reading and speaking skills)
