Warehouse Manager - Eshada Company

Manages the Central DC for the Retail business.
Manages a complex range of issues including unpredictable shipments, space allocation, scheduling of work teams, meeting multiple delivery schedules which requires multi-tasking under stringent deadlines.
Decision making and the extent of supervision.
Develop Plans, Priorities and Schedules for deliveries.
Send shipment details and delivery advice, to IT, Merchandising, Brand Management Team in order to update the transactions on the system and keep all departments informed about the status of delivery.
Ensure products are recorded, stacked properly in the right location and is retrievable so that all products received and delivered are properly accounted for.
Ensure that the DC space is efficiently allocated to accommodate all inbound shipments.
Monitor the throughput at every stage of the DC operations (e.g. Picking, Scanning and Put away etc.) in order to maintain the acceptable company benchmark.
Ensure that the DC Operations Structure is staffed with appropriate caliber professionals and motivate, train and develop them to perform their tasks as specified in their job descriptions.
Appraise staff in the DC to assess the effectiveness of available staff to meet current and future needs.
Develop the team work among DC Operations Staff in order to maximize productivity of operations.
Ensure that all required DC security & safety measures are in place and effectively implemented according to proper ongoing security analysis
Ensure best practice for the DC Operations, including high level of staff discipline which is related to attendance, time schedules, uniforms, safety, internal policies and organization policies applicable to the DC.
Propose Annual Capex budget for the DC.
Develops annual manpower plans and participates in the recruitment of DC staff.
Recommends salary review and promotion for DC staff.
Prepare and submit regular reports required by the procurement manager.
