Responsibilities &Tasks:
Assist MEAL Manager in developing Monitoring and Evaluation Plan for the project.
· With technical assistance from the MEAL Manager and Project Lead, conduct a Kicks-off meeting at the project start.
· Maintain and update the project progress in Project Management Tool.
· Design and conduct post-distribution monitoring, focus group discussion and beneficiary satisfaction survey as required.
· Review, clean and analyze all project data, including but not limited to: patient health record data, sea rescue data, nonfood items data, training data, gender-based violence data and community outreach data.
· Design, elaborate, review, and test all M&E tools that are  developed under the project implementation.
· Produce monthly factsheets on the project progress and reports as required.
· Work closely with accountability personnel in maintaining and tracking the community-based feedback and response
mechanism.
· Supervise M&E Assistant and build his/her capacity on the utilization of M&E tools and application of M&E approaches
in the project implementation.
· Conduct the data validation or data quality assessment on a regular basis.
· Design and maintain the project’s databases.
· Collect and share lessons learned, best practices, challenges and success stories stemming from project implementation.
The applicant must have the following qualification:

University degree in a related field,
· At least 3 years full time experience in Monitoring and Evaluation preferably with an international NGO.
· Excellent computer skills especially experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
· Previous experience with data collection, data entry and data management is an asset,
· Fluency in Arabic and English is required,
