Job Description
We Alraied group, the Maroc Distributor for Shell lubricants are looking for a technical advisor.
the job responsibilities are as follows:
•Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales processes
•Train customers to understand basics of lubricants
•Train sales team be technically prepared to do site visits
•Report on customers feedback
•Report on product performance
•Identify solutions to reduce support costs
•Analyse customers’ needs and suggest upgrades to meet their requirements
•work with the sales department to win new business and increase sales
  Site visits to end users

Job Requirements

Mechanical engineer background
Good English language standard, spoken and written.
At least 3 years of working experience
