The Free Fields Foundation (3F) is a Libyan Mine Action NGO based in Tripoli, Libya. A private, independent, and non-profit organization, 3F was founded in 2012 by a group of people with shared concerns about the post-conflict ERW situation in Libya.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Recording the available information and the collecting data about remnants of war and mines through field visits or questionnaires in the affected areas around the mines of the type, quantity and statistics.
• Coordination and communication with all local concerned authorities of the State and coordination with them in all the matters concerning the education.
• Coordination with the competent authorities and community organizations to intensify level of the mine risk education (MRE) programs in the affected areas.
• Tracing strategic policy and preparation of plans, programs and activities concerned with mines.
• Planning and coordinating plans for periodic training of trainers in the field of education to expand the knowledge of citizens about the mines and remnants of war risk.
• Organization and implementation of training workshops for volunteers and some civil society organizations that are interested in this field to help in the implementation of special programs in this activity.
• Supervision, follow up and evaluation of all programs and activities of the foundation and provide education about so special reports.
• Supervision and follow-up with regard to all publications and guidance means in the field of education and the way and distributed places.
• Preparing periodic reports of all activities and programs on MRE which made by the foundation.
• Keep copies of all documents and publications of all activities and programs carried out by the foundation in this area to benefit from them.
• Any other duties or specialties assigned to him.
