Responsibilities and Tasks:
Grant Management
1. Ensure that all donor and other reporting requirements and deadlines are met with input from all the Database officer, Team Leaders, and Program Manager
2. Support the Program Manager in the development of work plans and output tracking
Program Development
1. Support the program manager in developing new project ideas and design, including proposal writing and developing logical frameworks.
2. Analyze the operational environment and stay aware of political developments to ensure the sustainability of the organization
3. Prepare briefs, progress reports and maintain communication with the donors and partners to provide timely program updates
Monitoring & Evaluation
1. Ensure that quality monitoring and evaluation is being implemented by all teams in line with 3F, partner, and LibMAC guidelines
2. Help to put in place new mechanisms for collecting data to monitor the progress of defined indicators.
3. Participate in the drafting/editing of assessment and monitoring reports.
4. Identify and share best practices and lessons learned to improve program quality.

Required skills & abilities
Exceptional writing skills in both English and Arabic
Experience in grant management, reporting and proposal writing
Experience with Monitoring and Evaluation
Patient, diplomatic, and motivated
Ability to multi task
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Humanitarian Mine Action is an advantage but not necessary
