Palm City Residences (Food and Beverage Manager)

Palm City Residences is a luxury gated residential village located on the Janzour coastline, comprising 413 residential units, and complimented with a retail store, a number of restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools, health club, laundry and clinic. The luxurious village received its first tenants in 2009 and has continued to operate in Libya ever since. As more and more tenants are choosing Palm City as their preferred address, we are currently looking at complimenting our F&B team with a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager who will take overall responsibility for our F&B and leisure facilities.

Role Description

The successful candidate will be a friendly and warm character who can be assertive in his or her quest for high standards. While working to ensure that the dining experience is top notch and menus are changed on a regular basis, he/she will need to have broader management skills to plan and budget for future expenditure and needs, provide other departments with the necessary requirements and manage the staffing of the department accordingly. A creative and fun attitude is a must. Other responsibilities will include cost and quality control, recruitment and training of staff. Good financial awareness and a friendly presence around our premises is required. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as a F&B Manager, ideally in North Africa or the Middle East.
