Office Administrator - sigma business planing and execution



Sigma for business planning and execution is currently looking for a female Office Administrator. she will Ensures proper flow of office procedures, supports the office directors by carrying out common office duties, and Maintaining a positive and friendly company image.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Coordinate and oversee all office activities.
Handling phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents and all related correspondence.
Create and present reports for senior managers.
Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments.
Attends workshops, conferences and meetings when requested.
Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office need.
Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space.
Will be available at the office at the appointed working hours 9:30- 4:00.

Job Requirements

Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs.
Fluent in English language.
Good Presentation Skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (good speaker)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
