Software programmer - المفوضية الوطنية العليا للإنتخابات | High National Electoral Commission

Information Management Department of the High National Electoral Commission is in need of several software programmers.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree in computer science, IT, or related field. Relevant certificates in the IT field are an asset.
Applicant should be under 35 years old.
Applicant should be a resident in Tripoli.
Experience:

Minimum two years of relevant experience as a web developer.
Thorough functional knowledge and coding experience.
Experience in providing IT support service, web design, maintenance of web-based and database application.
Practical experience with development of web-based systems using server-side frameworks such as python , Ruby, PHP, Java, ASP, ASP.NET.
Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL server and Oracle.
Good Knowledge of web design and programming language PHP,HTML,CSS,Java Script Knowledge of web design.
Good Knowledge of Linux command and working experience on Ubuntu.
Experience working on open source technologies, GitHub and Heroku.
Ability to multitask with strict time constraints, budgets and business goals.
