General Cost Accounting Manager (Projects & Construction)

Collecting cost information and maintaining an expenses database
Constructing data accumulation systems
Determining fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent and insurance)

Responsibilities

Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database
Construct data accumulation systems
Determine fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent and insurance)
Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs)
Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department)
Analyze and report profit margins
Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts
Assisting in month-end and year-end closing
Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions

Requirements


Proven work experience as a Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst, Accountant or similar role
Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures
In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Experience with accounting software
Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant study
Reconcile and balance accounts, develop cash flows and cost-to-complete reports.
May establish, modify, document, and coordinator implementation of accounting and accounting … control procedure.
Attend client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to acquire and assess important information for financial analysis.

تحليل وتقرير هوامش الربح
إعداد (التكلفة الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية)
المساعدة في نهاية الشهر ونهاية العام

تحديد حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة
 
المتطلبات:

اثبات خبرة العمل كمحاسب التكلفة ، محلل التكلفة ، محاسب أو دور مماثل

معرفة وافية بالإجراءات المحاسبية

الفهم المتعمق لمبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة عمومًا (GAAP)
تجربة مع برامج المحاسبة

خبرة بالحاسوب  ، MS Excel على وجه الخصوص

مهارات تحليلية ممتازة مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل

مهارات إدارة الوقت

النزاهة ، مع القدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات السرية
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو الدراسة ذات الصلة
التوفيق والتوازن بين الحسابات ، ووضع التدفقات النقدية والتقارير المتعلقة بالتكاليف الكاملة.
قد يضع ، يعدل ، يوثق ، وينفذ تنفيذ إجراءات المحاسبة و الرقابة.

 

حضور اجتماعات العملاء وزيارات الموقع أثناء التفاعل مع الإدارة العليا وتقييم المعلومات الهامة للتحليل المالي.
