Elaf Fashion Company announces the vacancy of ( Brand Manager )
ELAF FASHION LTD is a retail company specialized in the fashion industry we have more than 15 location spread around Libya Tripoli, Misurata, Benghazi and Zliten .
Role: Brand Manager .
Reporting Line: Head Of Operations.
Reporters: Store Managers.
❖ Role Objective: We are looking for an experienced Brand manager to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.
Area Of Responsibility:
• • Drive Sales To Achieve Sales Targets By Efficient Management To Store Managers / Sales Team And Applying Sales And Customer Service Technics.
• • Product Feedback (Best Sellers – Bad Sellers – Styles – Sizes – Colours – Prices ) To Improve Suitability Of Product For The Country/Stores
• • Division / Category Performance Feedback To Improve Space Management By Division / Category
• • Competitors Feedback
• • Efficient And Accurate Management For Stock Transfer In & Out And Both Gdn’s And Grn’s Accuracy.
• • Theft Control To Reduce Shrinkage And Achieve Shrinkage Targets (Ensure All Stock Is Being Alarmed At All Times And Alarm Antennas Are Always Working + CCTV)
• • Maintain Store Image And Brand Standards In The Stores At All Times And Avoid Any Modifications Without Approval.
• • Coordinate With Marketing Coordinator On All Campaign And Launching Required Materials And Also Supervise The Installation Of The Materials On Time And Confirm The Quality Of Used Materials And Be Involved And Responsible For The Storing Of All Marketing Materials And Other Marketing Materials Such As Shopping Bags and Mannequins In The W.H In Coordination With W.H Manager And Ensure Accuracy Of Inventory List Of Non-Merchandise Materials.
• • Apply Hr Policies And Prosedures And Ensure Company Policies Are Being Implemented.
• • Continuous Follow Up With Logistics Department On New Shipment Status And Expected Arrival To W.H.

Job Requirements :
• • Proven working experience as Brand manager or Associate brand manager .
• • Proven ability to develop brand and brand marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives .
• • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns .
• • Excellent understanding of full marketing mix .
• • Strong analytical skills partnered with creative mind .
• • Data-driven thinking and affinity for numbers
• • Outstanding communication skills .
• • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices .
• • Degree in marketing or related field .
