Elaf Fashion Company announces the vacancy of (Inventory controller assistant)
ELAF FASHION LTD is a retail company specialized in the fashion industry we have more than 15 location spread around Libya Tripoli, Misurata, Benghazi and Zliten .
Role : Inventory controller assistant .
directly report to : Head Of Operations .
Sub report to : Merchandise Team & Area Manager.
Role Objective: Primary objective will be to maintain adequate levels of stock to meet daily distribution demands while minimizing excess supply , oversee the process of sending / receiving from/to the store without any discrepancy in goods .
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide a bullet point list of the responsibilities and duties of this job.
• Develops the inventory management strategy of the company with the goal to control costs, generate savings, rationalize inventory
• Stock take process, new shipment receiving, SLIP (IN – OUT) process from and to stores, all these processes to be done on SAP.
• Stock on hand Monitoring on daily basis comparing with receiving or sending products neither to daily sales products in each store.
• prepare manual stock take report weekly basis.
• Monitor and follow all inventory process directly with the responsible manger and assure finishing in the exact time.
Job requirements :
•Must have minimum 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified .
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
• • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
• • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
• • Database management skills.
• • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
• • Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
• • English is preferability ( Spoken & Written)
