TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing operations data and information (electronic and hard copies)
n Provision of Administrative support to the operations team
n Administration of operations projects executive plans and follow-up
n Administration of operation staff HR issues in cooperation with HR department and stores managers
n Administration of operations policies and procedures
n Ongoing evaluation of tasks and actions progression related to the improvement plans, and corrective actions
n Ongoing evaluation of Objectives and Key results (OKRs) related to the operation department
n Administration of the operation staff performance evaluation process
