Huawei Company Libya branch is currently looking to fill the position of [ Administration Specialist ]:
Work location: Tripoli.
Responsibilities of job:
1. Office administration support ,manage vehicle/dormitory/ routinely.
2. Responsible for the procurement of office items.
3. Responsible for all request from employees and other tasks assigned temporarily.
Qualifications for Administration Specialist:
• Bachelor degree or above in a related field preferred ( Business administration or Economic).
• 1 to 3 years work experience in administration management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabia.
• Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Able to work in seated in front of a computer for long hours at a time.
• Able to work with all levels of staff.
• Outstanding outreach and public relations capabilities and ability to address emergencies.
• Compute skills and Familiar with Microsoft office software.
• Work carefully, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal communication, coordination skills, and strong team awareness.
• Addition: can speak fluent Chinese.
