On-site Project Manager - Ayade Contracting and Construction

Ayade construction and contracting is a shareholding company that was first established in 2006 and only began as Ayade Architectural Design. Ayade today is a team of highly trained workers of different disciplines in architecture, construction and also interior designing that takes the role of a main contractor and performs project management services to coordinate specialist trades for industrial, commercial and private projects.
Ayade construction and contracting is currently seeking an On-site Project Manager to cover the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing work of all trades.
Effectively manage on-site activities from demolition through to final punch list.
Manages staff and subcontractors by evaluating, monitoring and controlling performance.
Works with the Project coordinator to meet construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances, implementing corrective actions.
Accomplishes construction project results by managing project purpose and scope, calculating resources required, establishing standards and protocols, allocating resources, scheduling and coordinating staff and subcontractors, evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions, resolving design problems, evaluating and implementing change orders.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
Other duties as assigned or required.
Manage human resources for all departments by hiring, terminating, and reassigning personnel to appropriate tasks as required.

Requirements:

A holder of an Architecture Engineering
Possess the knowledge and experience to direct construction-related personnel and interact with clients while successfully planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budge,
Have the ability to interact with customers to determine better service needs and implement changes accordingly.
Works on Architectural design programs.

Compensations:
In exchange of the required responsibilities Ayade offers a percentage of 10% of the total profit.
