PE Pilot Implementation Coordinator - Pragma

Purpose
The Pilot Implementation Coordinator for the Primary Education (PE) sector under the PFM Component of LPFM will help develop pilot implementation plans supporting the implementation of the PE sector strategy. The position is based in Tripoli.
Specific Activities
Under the direct supervision of the LPFM PE Service Delivery Advisor, and overall supervision of LPFM COP, the PE Pilot Implementation Coordinator will:

Support LPFM efforts to advance the decentralization/improvement of PE service delivery in LPFM pilot municipalities;
Contribute to the development of Medium-Term Expenditure Frameworks (MTEFs) for PE pilot municipalities;
Perform such other duties as may be assigned by LPFM’s Advisor and COP.
