Municipal Cluster Coordinator - Pragma

Purpose
The Municipal Cluster Coordinator to the LPFM PFM component will have responsibility for a regional area with assigned municipalities for sector pilot. The Municipal Coordinator will provide technical assistance to enhance subnational public financial management. The position is located within the regional area of the assigned Municipal Cluster.
Specific Activities
In the assigned partner municipalities, and under the supervision of  the PFM Team Leader and Lead Cluster Coordinator, the Municipal Cluster Coordinator will:

Support the development and implementation of (1) municipal own-source revenue budgets (OSR); and (2) pilot solid waste management (SWM), public health care (PHC), and primary education strategies;
Assist assigned municipalities in the identification of their respective public expenditure and financial accountability (PEFA) priorities;
Promote greater community participation in municipal budgeting through established citizen budget committees;
Perform other duties as assigned.
