Elnoman Group for Medical Equipment is hiring a receptionist (secretary) that meets the following conditions:
Qualifications: ·
Knowledge about the usage of Microsoft Office and its applications.
Knowledge of English.
Typing in both Arabic and English.
Be punctual and on-time
Dress professionally.
Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the manager, including general clerical work, receiving visitors, incoming communications and management-related work, implementing plans and instructions, organizing and preserving files and records, and maintaining the manager’s direct time.
Receive visitors who come to meet the manager and schedule appointments.
Save messages and documents in their appropriate files, as well as save and arrange files in an orderly manner that is easily consulted when requested or needed.
Respond to the company’s incoming phone calls, transfer them to the persons concerned.
Delivery, registration, sorting and distribution of incoming daily mail to different sections.
Preparing meetings, writing minutes of meetings.
Study the subjects requested by the Director and submit the full report.
Printing books, correspondence and reports requested by the heads of departments after taking the approval of the director.
Training period: The applicant will be under training for one month from the date of commencement to confirm whether he or she are accepted
Working day: Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Location: Hay Al-Andalus – Tripoli
Calling Times: From 10:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m
except Fridays and Saturdays
