HR MANAGER - Umbrella ltd


WE’RE OFFER A JOB OPPORTUNITY IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER. 

 

JOB OVERVIEW: 

Umbrella LTD has a long history of engaged, productive employees, and we’re looking for a Human Resources (HR) manager to continue that happy tradition. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR or recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures. We are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and execute employee standards and procedures, using HR systems. 
  • Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes. 
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. 
  • Administer payroll records and assist Finance Unit in processing the payroll each month. 
  • Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary. 
  • Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the Company goals. 
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals. 
  • Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for reporting. 
  • Implement learning and development policy. 
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion. 

Required background, skills and competencies: 

  • Bachelors or equivalent university degree ideally in business management / HR. 
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ work experience in Human Resources Management; 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English; 
  • Computer literate. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to adapt and interact constructively with others; 
  • Proven planning and organizing skills, attention to details and capacity to manage multiple tasks while maintaining priorities. 
  • Service oriented and flexible. 
  • Capacity to handle a lot of sensitive information with strict confidentiality and ethics. 
  • Highly responsible with capacity to work independently while maintaining team dynamic and team spirit.
