Job Title: Business Developer

Job Vacancy Number: RRF2013

Work Location: Libya

Reports to: BDM

Department: Business Development

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze opportunities and find our response effectiveness and implement corrective measures/enhancement.
  • Design/Develop Solutions and prepare tender response documents. Present solutions to customers.
  • Manage our solutions’ pricing including setting prices for new solutions and reviewing prices for existing ones.
  • Handle customer satisfaction surveys and managing customer complaints.
  • Build customer database including org charts, budgets, spending reports, behavior.
  • Conduct competition analysis.
  • Maintain good relationship with customers.
  • Oversee website content and social media activities.
  • Participate in Sales forecasting and forecasting market trends.
  • Assist in Developing department strategy.
  • Participate in Analyzing Product/service/solutions Profitability, Market Share, Market Growth, and Competition to recommend improvement, evolution, development, or termination. Also participate in analyzing our positioning and value proposition.
  • Participate in Market Segmentation and in defining target market.
  • Recommend strategic partners.
  • Researching for new solution to generate new demands

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in business management or equivalent
  • Marketing knowledge
  • Analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Leadership

 Experience:

  • 4 years and above of work experience in Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, or technical solution.

Skills:

  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources
  • Deep understanding of Product Solutions
  • Planning/time management/self-organization and self-discipline
  • Solid commercial acumen. We are looking for a strong business and sales-minded person.
  • Goal-oriented; ownership of event targets and numbers.
  • Fantastic communication skills and experience working with international markets.
  • Customer Service minded person.
  • Strategic planner with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team player. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Interpersonal, relationship management and networking skills.
  • Determination and drive to succeed
