Job Description   

1. Designing and administrating the network including handling escalated support issues, designing and implementing solutions 

1. Identify and drive network improvement projects 

1. Implement network changes 

1. Troubleshoot network issues using monitoring tools, packet analysis, and research 

1. Recommend and implement improvements 

1. Maintain and update infrastructure documentation 

1. Taking lead and responsibility for technical project activities 

1. Ability to work long hours and overtime when necessary  

Skills 

• Must have 3+ Years’ Of networking experience. 
• Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or IT relevant 

• Professional Certificates in Network (CCNP), ITIL,, CISSP are preferred 
• Problem solving skills 
• An excellent and demonstrable understanding of dynamic routing protocols including BGP, OSPF 
• WAN Technology (MPLS, VPLS, VPN) 
• Redundancy & Services – QoS Policies, Failover, Redundancy (HSRP, , VRRP, ), SLA 

• Switching (Capacity Planning & VLAN’s) 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team 
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills 
• Ability to work effectively with and provide guidance to other members of the work group 
• Demonstrate good time management 

• Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload and performs duties as workload necessitates 
• Calm and objective under pressure. 
• Planning and organizing
