Job Description

Follow all company procedures and guidelines.

Install, test and repair telecom, fiber and copper network.

Install and repair inside/outside cable for telecom towers and give solution to site supervisor.

Conduct customer site survey to determine position of the equipment and path of cables.

Interact with customers in a personable and professional manner.

Job Requirements

College degree in telecommunications

Basic networking understanding

Copper cable testing and troubleshooting

Self-starter and ability to work independently

Attention to detail ability to perform record keeping and documentation with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work in various environments including inside, outside, inclement weather, crawlspaces, new construction, attics, on a ladder

Customer service oriented
