FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT




Responsibilities



Purpose and Scope of Assignment (concise and detailed description of activities, including measurable outputs and delivery dates, impact indicators (what qualitative and quantitative results would be achieved upon completion of the assignment), performance indicators (timelines, value of the service rendered in relation to the cost, timeliness) and work plan):


Preparation of Bill of quantities required by the office and in line with
Monitor and evaluation of project contraction work. This include covering the Office front pillar, Access control at the main gate in Saraj, New Office, increase the length of wall/fence around the office/premises parameter,


Monitoring and Progress Controls (reports requirements, periodicity, format, deadlines):


Weekly Report
Monthly Report
Project-end evaluation report


Definition of the Final Product (i.e., survey completed, data collected, workshop conducted, research documents produced, ):


Survey to be competed to evaluate the rendered service in pararell with the clear BoQ.



ESSENTIAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE and COMPETENCIES REQUIRED


Qualification and Experience of the Individual Contractor :(degree required, years of experience, field of expertise, language required):

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering is
The applicant must has at least two years of relevant experience
Poses a good command of English
