Aldawlia IPME is looking to appoint a new Finance Manager to the team. The position is very urgent, so only candidates who meet the requirements will be considered. We are looking for a candidate with 5+ year’s relevant experience, candidates with immediate availability are preferred.



Responsibilities:

Collates, prepares and interprets reports, budgets, accounts, and financial statements;
Undertakes strategic analysis and assists with strategic planning;
Produces long-term business plans;
Controls income, cash flow and expenditure;
Develops and managing financial systems/models;
Liaises with managerial staff and other colleague;
Deals with AR and credit control;
Delivers monthly financial management reports;
Performs intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations;
Reconciles various bank accounts and cash equivalents;
Prepares accounts up to trial balance;
Manages tax schedules and monitor, resolve and support in taxation issues;
Prepares financial statements including monthly and annual accounts;
Delivers accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.


Key Duties

Ensures accuracy of financial and related information held outside the finance systems, such as by HR, memberships, or in programmed budgeting systems;
Improves the systems surrounding all aspects of the organisations budgets, forecasts and business planning;
Produces the quarterly management accounts and other reports as requires for senior management and the board;
Prepares and analyses cash flow statements, income and expenditure accounts and balance sheet accounts;
Assists in the production of the draft year accounts, supporting schedule and liaison with the auditors;
Monitors the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions;
Oversees financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants;
Contracts outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary;
Tracks the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement;
Presents financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executive officer;
Establishes and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company;
Understands and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.




Job Requirements:

Degree in Finance/Accounting or Relevant degree from a reputable university;
10+ years relevant experience in local market, preferably with international companies;
Experience in our type of industry will be beneficial;
Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles;
Proficient in Microsoft packages (particularly Excel);
Knowledge of Enterprise resource planning ERP software;
English Language — Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Work Schedule:

6 days a week, 8:30 up to 16:00
The salary is negotiable – similar to managerial positions packages
